RE-DUS is a waste collection management system built to improve how waste pickup services are requested, managed, and tracked. The platform combines a web-based system for operational staff and a mobile app for customers, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly experience for both sides.
Core problem
Traditional waste collection processes often lack transparency, scheduling accuracy, and customer communication. Manual handling leads to missed pickups, inconsistent routing, and limited customer engagement. There was a need for a smart solution that connects customers with the service team in real time.
